  • The guide labels paper A4 but prints a width of 21.5 cm. That conflicts with standard A4; page-size checking is omitted pending clarification.
  • Typography checks cover Normal-style main prose between a recognised introduction heading and references. Abstracts, quotations, front matter and other styles need review.
  • Mixed Roman/Arabic pagination, UI footer text, cover details, AI declarations and signatures need review. Signed declarations are separate repository-upload documents. Monograph abstracts have a 500-word limit; this pack does not yet check that limit or the second language.
  • Automatic fixes change only selected formatting in a new copy and are re-scanned. Caption numbering and cross-references are not rewritten; update fields and check the final PDF in Word.

    UI uses small Roman numbers for preliminary pages and Arabic numbers for the main text. Number placement changes on chapter openings and facing pages; confirm your degree’s route.
